It’s been a dreary day and my energy level has been at zero. I’ve selected an image and music to match. The song is the standard I Wish You Love. Originally written in French, the English version has been sung by greats like Ella Fitzgerald, Shirley Bassey, Ray Charles, Nat King Cole, Bing Crosby, The Drifters, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Barbra Streisand… the list goes on and on and on. I like a relatively new recording; the Rachael Yamagata version was used in the 2005 film Prime and has stuck with me ever since. Warning though, it will completely mellow you out.
