Continuing with bands playing at Osheaga this coming weekend, we have The Sounds.

Music imports from Sweden tend to fall into one of two categories: heavy death metal or lively, colourful pop. The Sounds fall under this second grouping and provide exactly the type of fun music we’ve come to expect from this country and their artists: artists like Robyn, Miike Snow, Peter Bjorn and John, Caesars, Teddybears, The Hives, I’m from Barcelona, Ace of Base and, of course, the Swedes who started it all, ABBA.
