Musée d’Orsay, you will always leave me with words

Musee d'Orsay- Visitors admire the Impressionists

Alright, so first post… well that’s a lie. This post originally said something else about testing all of this out. After four days of sorting through coding languages and uploading plugins I finally found a way to embed an audio file so that it would actually play on the blog. I know my more tech-savvy friends are definitely laughing at me by now but I am going to maintain that it was the third-party site error and not my own- leave me to my ignorance please.

So here you go, an image from the Musée d’Orsay that I took on my last trip to Paris, it also won a photo competition. I paired the photo with a Patrick Watson song. He is an awesome musician from Montréal whose music makes you want to close your eyes.  Je te laisserai des mots is not found in his albums. Watson did most of the soundtrack for Mères et Filles and this was its main theme.

P.S. Patrick Watson’s website is so cool and worth checking out.
